Our cancellation and refund policy is as
follows:
All reservations require a 30% deposit must be
received within
1 week after the reservation
is made, otherwise the reservation will not remain on the calendar.
- Cancellations made 3 weeks in advance of reservation
date: Full Refund
- Cancellations made 2 weeks in advance of reservation
date: Refund, less
2
day's fee (based on number of rabbits included in reservation).
- Cancellations made 1 week in advance of reservation
date: Refund, less
3
day's fee or 30% of deposit, whichever is greater.
- Cancellations made 3 to 4 days in advance of reservation
date: Refund,
less 4 day's fee or 50% of deposit, whichever is greater.
- Cancellations made up to 2 days in advance of reservation: No refund,
unless space is filled by waiting list, then less 50% of deposit or
4 day's fee, whichever
is greater, would apply.
Please
do give us the courtesy of a cancellation call as soon as you are aware that your plans
have changed, so we may fill your spot with another reservation. We do take a limited
number of reservations, and need to make spots available to new reservations as soon as
they become open. Thank you for your consideration!
